Seasons of Book Blogging Tag (2017 Edition)

seasons-of-book-blogging-2-0

Hi guys! So today I’m back with another tag. Today I’m aswering to the Seasons of Book Blogging Tag that was created by Jordyn @ J. Bookish. I answered to this tag once already over a year ago (here) but I was tagged by Cristina @ My Tiny Obsessions to do it again so thank you so much for tagging me. If you haven’t checked her blog (which I doubt it) you definitely go check it 🙂 .

Rules:

1. Thank the creator (so she can see all of your answers!) and the person who tagged you.
2. Begin with the month in which you have been tagged and move forward from there!
3. State the best gift you’ve ever been given after you answer the question for your birthday month.
4. Tag whomever you’d like when you’re finished.. or else you’ll be “it” forever.
5. Have fun, of course!

January begins a new year. Name a resolution you made this year and if you’ve kept it or not!

I made a post about some of my goals and resolutions for 2017 and one thing I really hope to do is to read more non-fiction and more fantasy this year. I’ve been reading a lot of romances, which I love, but I want to read other things this year.

February is the month for relationships. Name your favorite book relationship: romantic, platonic, or familial, your choice!

Feysand without any doubt! I just love those two together and I can’t wait to read A Court of Wings and Ruins because I already  miss them too much.

March is the month for luck and new beginnings. Name a book or series that you would like to re-experience as if you’d never read it.

Hmmmm… I have a lot of books I would like to read for the first time again but today I think I’ll go with The Hard Count by Ginger Scott. I absolutely adored that book.

April is a spectacularly ordinary month. Name a book that was so over-hyped that it just could not live up to your expectations.

This was mostly my fault because I over-hyped this book to myself for a long time but Worth the Wait ended up being a huge disappointment to me. I still think Jeremy deserved better.

Worth the Wait (Kingston Ale House, #4)

May is the month when the flowers start to bloom. Name a book that was a pleasant surprise to you.

I had a lot of pleasant surprises the past few months but I think I’ll choose one of the last ones. Being Brooke was one of the most hilarious books I read recently and I loved every single bit of it. I had no idea I would love it so much.

Being Brooke

June is the time to take a break. Name a book or genre that you like to read when you just need to check out.

Romances for the win! I’ll just read contemporary romances if I need to check out. Actually, I’ll read those at any time of the year.

July is the time to celebrate your independence! Name a book that made you see fireworks. (Figuratively. Please don’t light books on fire.)

I will just say one thing about this one: Dean Di-Laurentis! Enough said.

The Score (Off-Campus, #3)

August is the hottest month of the year. Pick an up-and-coming author that you think will be the next hottest thing.

I’m pretty sure Stephanie Garber will become a huge thing after the release of Caraval. To be honest, she already is and the book is not out yet.

Caraval (Caraval, #1)

September is time for students to go back to school! Pick a book you read for school that you actually enjoyed.

I really tried to not use the answers I used the last time I did this tag but I only enjoyed one book I read while I was in school so I’ll use it again. This book is the reason that I started reading and it’s Os Maias by Eça de Queirós.

Os Maias

October is time to celebrate Halloween! Pick one character that you would love to dress up as for Halloween.

Hmmm… I think I would like to dress up as Cress, from The Lunar Chronicles, when she wore the cute orange butterfly dress in Winter. Also, I wouldn’t mind to have a Thorne with me XD.

November is the month when we’re reminded of how much we have to be thankful for. Choose one book you’re grateful for having read and give a shout-out to the person who recommended it!

Thank you Cristina for lend me Aelin and for “making” me read the Off-Campus series. You know how much I love those books with all my heart. Also, thanks for recommend Him and Us. My life without Wes and Jamie wouldn’t be the same.

December is a time when friends and families come together and celebrate. Name one book you would give as a gift.

I think I would give someone And I Darken. Not only I loved that book but the cover is gorgeous.

And I Darken (The Conqueror's Saga, #1)

Because this is an old tag I’m not tagging anyone in particular to do it. But if you want to and feel like answering to this questions consider yourself tagged :D.
