Hi guys! It’s the end of the month which means it’s time for my monthly feature Beyond the Books where I talk about all the random things I’ve been watching or loving during that month. January was a weird month. I didn’t do a lot this month. For some reason I wasn’t in the mood for watching TV shows or movies and I also didn’t listen to a lot of music… it was weird, especially because I had a week off from work and I could have done a lot of things. But I did read a lot so that’s a plus. I still have a few things I loved during the month of January so I’ll have a few things to talk about. Let’s see what I’ve been watching and listening to. Today is thursday which means that is Book Traveling Thursdays, a weekly meme created by me and Danielle @ Danielle’s Book Blog. This weekly meme consists in picking a book related to the weekly theme that is announced in the group Goodreads page (if you want to join click here) at the beginning of each month. After that you can write a blog post where you explain why you choose that book and choose different covers from different countries. To make it a little bit easy you are going to choose different editions of the original cover, the cover from your country, your favorite cover, and your least favorite cover.

Hi guys! So today I’m back with another tag. I haven’t been doing a lot of tags recently because of my lack of time but since I had a few days off I decided it was time to answer to a few more tags. Today I’m doing The Bookish Alphabet Tag that was created by Mariana @ FireHeartBooks. I saw Cristina @ My Tiny Obsessions and that reminded me I had been tagged a long, long time ago (Like in the end of 2015) by Ariana @ TheQuirkyBookNerd to do it so thank you so much for tagging me and sorry for taking me so long… I’m kind of drowning in tags XD. To complete this tag, all you have to do is search through the books you read or own and find books that begin with every letter of the alphabet. The word “the” does not count so don’t be surprised if I have tons of books starting with “the”. Also, I decided to use some of my favorite books so this will have a mix of genres.
Hi guys! As you might know in 2017 I’ll be hosting the 2017 New Adult Reading Challenge and when I first announced it I said I would try to do a few Twitter Chats so we could all talk about our progress in the challenge and also help each either with some book recommendations or even other things. So today I’m here to announce that the first Twitter chat will be happening next saturday, January 28th, at 9 pm GMT (4 pm EST) and I really hope you guys can show up so we can have an amazing conversation about everything we love in new adult. The Twitter chat will be happening on my Twitter account and we’ll be using the hashtag #NAReads2017 so we can see what everyone is saying and reading. As in every Twitter chat we’ll start by introducing each other and then I’ll have a few questions so we can talk and discuss some things. If you have any question suggestions you would be like to see in the chat let me know in the comments.
Also, I didn’t talk about this on my announcement post but I also created a Goodreads group that is all about this challenge and so we can talk throughout the year. If you want to join you just have to click HERE.
