Book Traveling Thursdays #23 – Everyone Loves Movies…

Today is thursday which means that is Book Traveling Thursdays, a weekly meme created by me and Danielle @ Danielle’s Book Blog. This weekly meme consists in picking a book related to the weekly theme that is announced in the group Goodreads page (if you want to join click here) at the beginning of each month. After that you can write a blog post where you explain why you choose that book and choose different covers from different countries. To make it a little bit easy you are going to choose different editions of the original cover, the cover from your country, your favorite cover, and your least favorite cover. This weeks theme is Everyone loves movies… Choose a movie that is going to be adapted in 2016. I decided to choose a book that I haven’t read yet but that I want to read before the movie comes out. The book for this week is Me Before You by Jojo Moyes so let’s go see some covers. Continue reading

Top 10 Authors I Still Have to Read

authors I still have to read

Hi… Today I decided to talk about some authors that I haven’t read yet. These are the authors that have been on my TBR for quite a long time and that people talk a lot about. The authors that are in this list are in no particular order since I want to read all of them but haven’t had the time or opportunity to do it yet.

Rick Riordan

I’ve wanted to read the Percy Jackson books for a long time. The thing is that I think that I’m a little bit old to read them now. I still want to read them especially because I keep hearing great things about Rick Riordan’s books.

Libba Bray

I’ve wanted to read Libba bray’s books for quite sometime and especially The Diviners. I will try to read it in the coming weeks since book two is almost out. But I can’t promise that will happen.

Leigh Bardugo

I loved the movie The Invention of Hugo Cabret and I want to read the book since then. After seeing the beautiful tha the book is started to want to read it even more. But I haven’t yet, mostly because it is an expensive book but I will read it. I don’t know when but it will happen and I will also read all of his remaining books.

Brandon Sanderson

I will not even trying to explain why I want to read this books. Everyone seems to love them and they look amazing. Also, one of my friends read a few of his books and loved it.

George R.R. Martin

I have an explanation why I haven’t read this books. I can’t handle the waiting time. I will not be able to wait 3/4 years for the next book if I really like them. As much as I want to read this books I will wait until the series is completed. Because of this I still haven’t watched the TV show because I refuse to watch it before I read the books.

Jojo Moyes

Another author that I keep hearing amazing things but I still need to read her books. I will try to read Me Before You in the coming months because the movie is going to be released and I want to read it before I watch the movie.

Paulo Coelho

I’ve wanted to read The Alchemist for a long time but I didn’t get the time yet. Now I want to read his books even more because one of my friends has read a lot of them and she keeps telling me how amazing they are.

These are a few authors that I haven’t read but I really want to. What about you. Is there any author that you really want to read but still haven’t? And have you read any of these authors? What did you think of their books? Tell me in the comments.
