A sexy new standalone from USA Today bestseller Sarina Bowen.
You’d think a billion dollars, a professional hockey team and a six-bedroom mansion on the Promenade would satisfy a guy. You’d be wrong.
For seven years Rebecca has brightened my office with her wit and her smile. She manages both my hockey team and my sanity. I don’t know when I started waking in the night, craving her. All I know is that one whiff of her perfume ruins my concentration. And her laugh makes me hard.
When Rebecca gets hurt, I step in to help. It’s what friends do. But what friends don’t do is rip off each others’ clothes for a single, wild night together.
Now she’s avoiding me. She says we’re too different, and it can never happen again. So why can’t we keep our hands off each other?

IT FINALLY HAPPENED!! After spending three books reading about Becca and Nate they finally got their own book and you can’t imagine how happy I am about it. I talked about my love for Sarina Bowen’s books tons of times but nothing will get even close to how much I wanted this one since we first heard about these characters.
Let me start by talking with the characters… I absolutely adored the main characters in this book just like I knew I would. Nate and Becca were such great characters. Nate was such a good guy always trying to do the right thing. Becca is such an amazing girl. She knows what she wants in her life and does everything to achieve that. They are also great together. You can feel their chemistry from miles away. One thing I loved in this book is that we don’t only have Nate and Becca in the present but we can also see how they become what they are to each other and how they entered each others lives. I also loved the whole friendship aspect in this book but that was expected since that was a big part in the previous books.
Once again I really loved the writing style in this book. I’ve read a few Sarina Bowen books so far so I already kind of know her writing style and I know love it. I love how it is a fast pacing read but it’s still deep and it makes you emotional at some points. I just love her books and that’s why she’s one of my favorite authors.
Overall, this was an amazing book and I 100% recommend it to everyone romance. Actually, if you haven’t read any of Sarina’s books what are you waiting for?
