Hi guys! Today is the last day of Summer. Summer is over and I’m kind of happy because I love fall. To be honest, it’s still pretty hot in here so it doesn’t actually feels like Fall… but it’s coming. Because of that I decided to see if I read the books I had on my Summer TBR. During Summer I read 36 books (at least at the time I’m writing this post), which is a lot of books, and because of that I’m not showing every book I’ve read. Instead I showing you the book I had on my TBR and also a few of favorite Summer Reads. So let’s see some of the books I’ve read in the past few months.
As you can see I’ve read 6 of the books I really wanted to read during summer. I didn’t do as good as I did with my Spring TBR but I still did pretty good. Overall I really loved most of the books I wanted to read in summer. I rated 2 of them 5 stars. However I did get disappointed with some of those. So here is the list to the books I’ve read with links to my reviews so you can read what I thought about each one of them.
The Unexpected Everything by Morgan Matson – 4 out of 5 Stars
Adorkable by Cookie O’Gorman – 4.5 out of 5 Stars
The Replacement Crush by Lisa Brown Roberts – 3.5 out of 5 Stars
Life After Juliet by Shannon Lee Alexander – 5 out of 5 Stars
The Possibility of Somewhere by Julia Day – 2.5 out of 5 Stars
Six Month Rule (Kingston Ale House #2) by A.J. Pine – 4 out of 5 Stars
As I said before I read some amazing books during the summer but also some not that great. To be honest, I got to a rough path this summer in terms of reading because at a time I was reading some really bad books that I wasn’t enjoying at all. At least that time is over and I did manage to read some other amazing books so here are some of my other favorite Summer Reads:
Off-Campus Series by Elle Kennedy – 4.5 out of 5 Stars
Him (Him #1) and Us (Him #2) by Sarina Bowen and Elle Kennedy- 5 out of 5 Stars
Rookie Move (Brooklyn Bruisers #1) by Sarina Bowen – 4.5 out of 5 Stars
PLAY by Piper Lawson – 4 out of 5 Stars
Stroked Long (Stroked #2) by Meghan Quinn – 4.5 out of 5 Stars
Blind Spot by Katana Collins – 4 out of 5 Stars
The Hard Count by Ginger Scott – 5 out of 5 Stars
The Summer Before Forever (Before Forever #1) by Melissa Chambers – 4.5 out of 5 Stars
Defying Gravity (Finding Perfect #2) by Kendra C. Highley – 4 out of 5 Stars
And I Darken (The Conquerors Saga #1) by Kiersten White – 4.5 out of 5 Stars
These are some of my favorite books read during the summer. While I had a few books that I didn’t like that much I still think I had a few successful reading months. What about you?? Which books did you read during summer and which ones were your favorites??
I read ACOMAF over the summer and I really enjoyed it.

Thank you so much for including me in your summer wrap up! I’m sad to see summer go, but at least we know it will always eventually come back around. 🙂 Now, bring on Halloween!

I had to. I loved your book. It was one of my Summer favorites without any doubt 😀
I normaly like Fall more than Summer so I’m not as sad. It’s still a little bit sad.

I am so impressed with your Summer TBR– you did a great job pushing through some books! I find it challenging to stick to my TBR, sadly. You inspired me to look at mine (I do this monthly) and I have a long way to go… Oops! I might want to get on that.

I used to be terrible with TBRs too but recently I managed to read most of the books I have in my monthly TBR. It helps when a lot of them are ARCs and I have to read them on time

Hahaha. Good for you. I struggle to read my ARCs on time sometimes… Oops! I get distracted by pretty and shiny new books. I tend to binge read series and select authors when I’m in the right mood. It wrecks my TBR.

Sometimes I struggle too. You should the the wuatity of ARCs I still have to read that were already released and I had for months… it’s kind of scary XD
