Can I just start by talking about that gorgeous cover?? Look at that amazingness. This cover is beautiful and I’m really happy that I loved the story as much as I loved this amazing cover. I really like the best-friends fall in love kind of story but I liked this one even more because these two were already in love, for 10 years (okay, I don’t like the 10 years part that much but I’ll talk about that later). I really enjoyed this story and the characters. I loved to see Brynn and Jamie’s friendship. It was really great to see they helping each other and how they’ve been like this for almost 15 years. I really liked both Brynn and Jamie as characters and Jamie was kind of perfect. I want a best-friend like him (and a boyfriend too if it’s possible). Also, the side characters (and future main characters in the series) were amazing and this group of friends was goals. I also want a group of friends like this. I loved that the story was told in a dual POV. By now you know that I’m a sucker for dual POVs and I really enjoyed to see the story in both perspectives. This book was beyond cute and funny and I loved to see Brynn and Jamie’s roadtrip.

But, as I said before, I had a little problem with this book, I would get frustrated too easily. I couldn’t understand why Brynn and Jamie didn’t talk about them and how that lead them to a lot of problems that could have been avoided. These two had a big miscommunication problem and if I was their friend I would have locked them in an empty room a long time ago so they could have talked about them and everything that happened and I would only let them leave the empty room when they really talked.

Overall, I really enjoyed this book. It was a good contemporary story and while I had a little problem with this book I still can’t wait to read the next three books and get to know better Holly, Annie and Jeremy. If you enjoy these type of books you should give this one a try.
