It’s that time of the week again when I bring you the Top 5 Wednesdays, created by gingerreadslainey and hosted by Sam @ThoughtsOnTomes. If you want to know how T5W works you can go to the Goodreads group by clicking here. This week theme is Rainy Day Reads. For me Rainy Day Reads have to be some fast pacing books good to be curled up in bed reading and normally contemporary. This means that my top for today will include some of my favorite contemporary books. Here’s my top for this week.
1. Undecided by Julianna Keyes
2. Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli
3. Slammed (Slammed #1) by Colleen Hoover
4. Anna and the French Kiss (Anna and the French Kiss #1) by Stephanie Perkins
5. The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky
These are some of my Rainy Day Reads. What about you? Which do you have in your list?
Good choices! I still haven’t decided which ones I am going to use … I think maybe something more melancholic?

Melancholic books also work for rainy day reads. But I still think that this is a broad theme. Not everyone wants to read the same type of books in rainy reads 🙂

That’s so true! Not even I want to read the same kind of books when it’s rainy hahaha

Me neither. It depends on my mood but I read mostly contemporary anyway

Simon vs is definitely really cute! Perfect for a rainy day. I haven’t thought about what my rainy day reads would be but definitely comfort books, I think. 🙂

Great list and a post which is so fitting for my day, the weather is absolutely awful where I am so i’m looking for a rainy day read now. Although I did start The Raven Boys by Maggie Stiefvater last night so maybe I should continue on with that!

I almost added Anna and the French Kiss to my list, but instead went with a different contemporary romance. Great book though! If you want to see my list, you can check it out at http://apieceofparadis.com/2016/04/06/top-5-wednesday-rainy-day-reads/

Everyone’s been putting Perks of Being a Wallflower for this week’s T5W, so I really need to stop procrastinating and read it! Same with Simon Vs.
