Favorite Children’s Books| Blogmas #19

blogmas day 19

Hi guys! It’s time for Blogmas day 19 and because I already talked about my Favorite Christmas Songs and my Favorite Holiday Movies I decided that I wanted to show you some of my favorite children’s books. This books are not related to Christmas but I just think that this is a great time to talk about children’s books mostly because there’s no one who loves more Christmas than kids, right? 😛 . Also, while these are technically children’s books who still can read them. I’ve read them in the last 2/3 years so there’s no problems if an adult wants to read these books. So let’s see some of my favorite Children’s books.

Harry Potter – J.K. Rowling

The Chronicles of Narnia – C.S. Lewis

The Secret Garden – Frances Hodgson Burnett

Alice in Wonderland – Lewis Carroll

The Hobbit – J.R.R. Tolkien

The Hobbit (Middle-Earth Universe)

These are some of my favorite Children’s books. Have you read any of these? What are some of your favorite?

  1. I’m so sad to say that out of your list, I have only read The Hobbit! However, this Christmas season, I am going to be reading the Harry Potter series for the first time! Eek I am so excited!
And I think the Hobbit is such a great book, I could read it over and over again and never get sick of it. I’ve already read it so many times.
    Great post!

    • Until a year ago I hadn’t read Harry Potter yet too. I still have two books left but I’ll finish it next year for sure. I hope you enjoy the books.
The Hobbit is an amazing book. I should really try to read The Lord of the Rings soon

  2. I have read all of them and I loved every single one! 😀 Though I should mention that I didn’t read all of them when I was a child, but rather over the past few years. My favourite is probably The Hobbit (not counting Harry Potter because that book series is always number one in everything), 🙂

  4. I enjoyed “The Secret Garden” and “Alice In Wonderland”. Did you ever read a story concerning the Alice that the book is based on? She had dark short hair, but her two sisters had long hair. The little girl was the middle sister.
Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy,Blessed New Year.
