Hi guys! Today I’m bringing you another book tag. The tag for today is Around the World in YA Books Book Tag. This tag was created by Analee @ Book Snacks and I was tagged by Kat @ Life and Other Disasters so thank you Kat for tagging me 🙂 . If you haven’t checked these two lovely ladies blogs what are you waiting for.
Rules
Alright, so the rules are simple. List a country, and then show which favourite book of yours is set in that country. You can use the countries I have used, add your own, or use completely different ones!
China
France
Netherlands
Germany
Russia
United Kingdom
United States of America
Portugal
There are a lot more countries that I would love to have mentioned here but I just couldn’t find YA books for every country that I wanted. Now that I answered to this tag I’m tagging the following people:
Warisha at Warisha Reads
Bhramori @ thecrazyperfectionist
Daniela @ Daniela’s Bookshelf
Mariana @ Fire Heart Books
Michelle @ The Writing Hufflepuff
Keira @ Signing On
Olivia @ Bibliomad
Regina @ The Bibliothèque
Once again if I tagged you and you did this already or don’t want to do this just ignore it.
I loved the Russian part best in A Thousand Pieces of You as well! It was so heartbreaking!!! I like all your choices though 😀

I know but the setting in the Russian part was so amazing.
Let’s be honest, I have a few things like your own answers but it was really difficult to find other books and countries 😛

Oh god, Catia… If I’m gonna do this tag, a LOT of my answers are gonna be the same as yours. Will you mind??

I don’t mind at all. I know it’s hard to get other answers 🙂 . And I don’t know if you know this but you don’t have to use the same countries as me. Maybe there are some other books that you might want to include 😀

Oh, I’ve done this one!
But amazing post, by the way! There are some books I haven’t read yet, and I really want to, like CInder and A Thousand Pieces of You! 😀

They are both really good books, especially Cinder. The great thing about The Lunar Chronicles is that the next book is always better than the previous one 🙂

I really wanted to get Cinder and Scarlet this Christmas, but my father has already complained about the illustrated edition of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone… But my mom is the one who will pay it, so I’ll keep trying to convince my father to give me the first 2 books of The Lunar Chronicles **

I saw the illustrated version of Harry Potter today. It’s even more gorgeous when you see it live

And I’ll get it this Christmas!!!! I’ll cry a river once I see it and touch it! *o*

I wanted to use a book for Portugal and Uma Aventura was the easiest way to do that. Everyone here knows Uma Aventura 😛

Yeah, my thoughts exactly. Also, i couldn’t think of any other, given that i’m away from my bookshelf

I’m also away from my bookshelf but I barely have any portuguese authors so it wouldn’t help me a lot.

Thanks for the tag! 😀 Wo, this is a hard one, I don’t know if I can come up with books for more than three countries haha. Great post! 🙂

Thank you for writing such an amazing book. I can’t even remember when was the last time I felt that way about a book. Can’t wait for what’s coming next 🙂
