Hi guys! It’s time for Blogmas day 2 and for today I decided to talk about my favorite Christmas songs. I don’t know about you but I love Christmas songs. I love Christmas songs so much that sometimes I start singing it randomly even in the middle of the summer. Because of that I decided to share with you some of my favorite Christmas songs.
A Todos Um Bom Natal
If you’re not portuguese chances are that you don’t even recognize this song. If you’re portuguese and grew up in the 90s just admit it, this song was part of your Christmas every single year right? This song is a big part of my childhood because there was an event that was on TV every single Christmas and they always had this song there. As you can imagine this is the Christmas song that is always on my mind. If I’m singing a Christmas song it’s highly probable that I’m singing this one.
Christmas Is All Around – Love Actually Soundtrack
Fun fact about me: I, like a lot of people, love Love Actually. It’s one of that Christmas movies that I watch every year, and if you watched the movie you might know this song.
Silent Night – Lindsey Stirling
As you might already know I studied music for more than 10 years when I was younger and in my childhood we always had this Christmas show and this was one of the songs that we played every year. This means that this song has been on my life for a long time and it’s one of my favorite Christmas songs.
Happy Xmas (War Is Over) – John Lennon
This is becoming more of the same. This is another song that I used to listen in my childhood and has been one of my favorite songs since then.
All I Want For Christmas Is You – Mariah Carey
I think I don’t need to explain myself about this one right?? How many of you don’t like this song? Not many right? 😛
Jingle Bell Rock – Mean Girls
I know that this is not the original Jingle Bell Rock song but I like this version because it’s funny and because I like the movie. Also, the first time I heard this song was in this movie so I had to include this version 🙂
Do They Know It’s Christmas? – Band Aid 20
I know that there are three different versions of this song but I don’t like the one that was released last year and I wasn’t born when the first version was released so I had to choose this one. I still love the original one but because this one was the first one that I actually listen too I had to show you this one.
Let It Snow – Michael Bublé
Everyone sings Let is Snow right? I think that this is one of the most well-known Christmas songs so I had to include it in this list.
Honorable Mention:
SORRY! I had to include this video. This is just funny.
So these are some of my favorite Christmas songs. However, there are a lot more songs that I love so I’ll probably have another post about this. Now tell me, what are some of your favorite Christmas songs? Tell me in the comments, maybe I’ll find some more favorites 🙂 .
Oh my goodness! I love your playlist! I mean, Lindsey Stirling is my idol! Then there’s that song from Love Actually?! Genius!

You’re so lucky. I would love to know how to play violin but at least I kn ow how to play clarinet. Okay it’s not a violin but it’s something 😛

Haha! I wouldn’t say lucky. I was nudged in that direction since my mother played and my brother played viola. (I actually wanted to play like 6 instruments when I was little. :p)
And the clarinet is awesome! Don’t kid yourself! I could never play a wind instrument. I’d probably suffocate or something. :p

I’m better with wind intruments. I tried to play guitar before and it was a disaster.

OH SAME! My hands are too tiny to play guitar. 😦 Or piano for that matter…
