Hi guys! If you don’t know today is the day that Winter is finally released! However I have to wait for my copy for about two weeks (damn it to not living in the USA or UK) and because of that I decided to do a post that is all about series. I was recently tagged by Keira @ Signing On to share with everyone which Series I Would Take to a Desert Island so here it is. Thank you so much Keira for tagging me 🙂 . This “tag” was created by Nicole @ AwayinNeverland. So let’s see which series are part of this list.
The Lunar Chronicles – Marissa Meyer
The Mortal Instruments – Cassandra Clare
The Infernal Devices – Cassandra Clare
Shatter Me – Tahereh Mafi
Starbound – Amie Kaufman and Meagan Spooner
Mara Dyer – Michelle Hodkin
The Hunger Games – Suzanne Collins
Throne of Glass – Sarah J. Maas
Harry Potter – J. K. Rowling
Anna and the French Kiss – Stephanie Perkins
This are the series I would take with me to a desert island. What about you? Which ones would you take with you?
I would definitely take most of those 😉

Hmm! That is a tough question you pose there, Catia. However, I think I’d probably pick ‘Delirium’ by Lauren Oliver to take with me.
Sadly, I haven’t read most of the series you posted above the two I have read I probably wouldn’t take if I could only take one.
Still, they were good, but not my favorites.
Wonderful idea for a post! ^.^

I only read Delirium. I never finished the series for some reason

No problem… It was pretty cool to think which books I would take with me 😀

I think my collection would look fairly similar haha

But see, if you took all of those…how soon would you be finished with them?

That’s why I would only take things that I actually would like to re-read. As soon as I finished I would have to re-read it all again

Re-read? Goodness. I’m astounded!

From you list, I would take The Hunger Games Trilogy and The Anna and The French Kiss. I’d probably take the Harry Potter Series too so I could read something I’ve never read before.

I decided to include Harry Potter because I would have to read the books that I still haven’t read 😛

I would probably bring most of those series as well because I actually haven’t read them! At least I would know I have read them.

That’s a really good reason to bring books 🙂

I’d add Discworld novels… all of them 😛 I love Pratchetts writing.

What a great list! If I did this I have a feeling I would be taking a lot of the same series!

Incan agree to pretty much all of these! I would most definitely take TMI and TID and of course my favourite series of all time: Throne of Glass!
I would take the Harry Potter series so I can read it for the first time 😉
And I loved Isla and the Happily Ever After, I’m sure the others are just as lovely.

To be honest I would take Harry Potter to try to finaly read the last two books 🙂 .
Isla and the Happily Ever After is not even the best book in the series. You should try to read Anna and the French Kiss.

I’d probably choose Harry Potter as well, and The Hunger Games :”)
